Payment Terms
At QuickTruckBooking.com, we strive to provide transparent and secure payment terms.
1. Payment Modes
We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash payments are also accepted for select services.
2. Advance Payment
For certain services, an advance payment may be required. The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in case of cancellations made before the scheduled service time, as per our cancellation policy. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Invoice Generation
You will receive a digital invoice via email or WhatsApp after successful booking and payment.
5. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes regarding payments, contact us within 3 business days. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
